This is a patch for Sengoku Blade that causes it to boot into its hidden ‘Test Mode’ menu.

Test mode provides:
* Character select
* Stage select
* Level select

Make your stage and character selections and choose ‘Select stage’ from the menu to use them. Choose ‘Exit Testmode’ to launch the normal title screen.
